Infrastructure
Factory capability designed for textile production discipline.
From dyeing machines and printing tables to drying, folding and inspection, infrastructure supports reliable business supply.
Factory
A practical production floor for dyeing, printing and finishing.
The infrastructure is organized around the sequence that matters to fabric buyers: preparation, color work, print execution, finishing, inspection and dispatch.

Dyeing Machines
Industrial dyeing line for shade consistency across bulk fabric orders.

Printing Tables
Long-table screen printing setup for repeat and custom textile programs.

Pressing Line
Fabric pressing for clean finish, dimensional stability and market presentation.
Processing Line
Silicate treatment, silicone softening and 24-hour fixation for quality output.

Raw Fabric Storage
Grey fabrics sourced from South India and Bhiwandi — stored for production flow.

Finished Fabric
Market-ready fabric ready for quality inspection, folding and dispatch.

Scale
A printing floor built for commercial textile output.
Machinery
Industrial equipment for reliable production output.
The machinery investment supports consistent dyeing, printing and finishing across all production runs — giving buyers confidence in repeat orders.

Dyeing Machines
An environment-friendly factory, built around a Zero Liquid Discharge plant.
Textile dyeing and finishing consume a great deal of water — but at Surjay Design & Prints, none of it leaves as pollution. Our in-house Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) plant treats every drop of effluent and converts polluted process water back into clean, natural-grade water.
That recovered water is then recycled straight back into production — protecting local groundwater, eliminating polluted discharge, and keeping every batch we dye and print genuinely eco-responsible.

Zero Liquid Discharge
No polluted water ever leaves the facility — nothing is released into the environment.
Water Recycling & Reuse
Treated water is cycled back into dyeing and processing, minimising fresh-water draw.
Multi-Stage Treatment
Effluent passes through a full treatment cycle that restores it to clean, natural-grade water.
Eco-Responsible Dyeing
A lower environmental footprint on every batch, protecting local groundwater.

Production Capacity
Scalable support for repeat business requirements.
Capacity planning should be aligned with fabric type, print complexity, finishing requirements and timeline.
